Commissions are approved only after eligible orders have been completed and any applicable return or refund period has passed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the east retails Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our website policies, Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published by east retails. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the Affiliate Program.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
Anyone may apply to become an affiliate. east retails reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any application or affiliate account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
3. Approval Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program. Applications are reviewed to ensure they meet our standards and align with our brand values.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote east retails honestly, professionally and ethically. Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, fraudulent activity or any conduct that could damage the reputation of east retails.
5. Referral Tracking
Eligible referrals are tracked using your unique affiliate link or other approved tracking methods. Commission is only awarded when a qualifying purchase is successfully tracked by our affiliate system.
6. Commission
Commission is paid only on eligible completed purchases. Commission rates are determined by east retails and may change at any time without prior notice. Any updated commission rates will apply from the effective date shown within the Affiliate Program.
7. Ineligible Commissions
Commission will not be paid on cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, duplicate orders, chargebacks or any purchase deemed ineligible by east retails.
8. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made for themselves or through their own affiliate links unless expressly authorised by east retails.
9. Payment
Affiliate commissions will only be paid once the minimum payout threshold has been reached and all payment requirements have been satisfied. Payment schedules and available payment methods are determined by east retails and may change from time to time. east retails operates in Australian Dollars (AUD). All affiliate commissions are calculated and approved in AUD. If you’re paid through PayPal, your payment may be converted into your local currency using PayPal’s exchange rate and any applicable fees
10. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote east retails through approved marketing channels including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email marketing (where legally permitted) and other lawful promotional methods.
Affiliates must not:
* Send unsolicited spam.
* Misrepresent east retails.
* Use deceptive advertising.
* Publish false or misleading claims.
* Engage in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices.
11. Intellectual Property
Official east retails logos, trademarks, images and promotional materials remain the property of east retails. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting east retails while participating in the Affiliate Program.
12. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
* Generate fake orders.
* Commit fraud.
* Use bots or automated traffic.
* Manipulate tracking systems.
* Purchase through their own affiliate links.
* Bid on trademarks where prohibited.
* Impersonate east retails or its representatives.
* Mislead customers regarding products, pricing or promotions.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
east retails reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions or is considered harmful to the business, customers or Affiliate Program.
14. Changes to the Program
east retails may modify, suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission structure, promotional materials, payment methods or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, east retails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Affiliate Program is handled in accordance with the east retails Privacy Policy. By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates consent to the collection and processing of their information as required to administer the program.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the applicable Australian laws and courts unless otherwise required by law.

19. Affiliate Program
Orders placed through the east retails Affiliate Program are subject to review and verification. Affiliate commissions are earned only on eligible completed purchases. If an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, any associated affiliate commission may be reduced, reversed or become ineligible for payment. east retails reserve the right to review and adjust affiliate commissions where necessary to ensure compliance with the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
20. Final Agreement
By applying to or participating in the east retails Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of any future updates made to the Affiliate Program.
